1.4 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (Read with our Terms and Conditions)

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act), you, as the consumer, have the right to cancel your purchase within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product(s) for a full refund, provided:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition(resalable state).
  • The product has not been used, tampered with, or damaged.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories (if applicable) are included.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, minus any applicable courier fees.

Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Period

Due to the nature of cannabis extracts, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. The cooling-off period does not apply if:

  • The product seal is broken or packaging is opened.
  • The product has been partially or fully consumed.
  • The product is a personalized or custom-made item.

Return Process for Non-Defective Products

  • You must notify us within 7 daysof delivery if you wish to return an unopened product.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costsand ensuring the product arrives undamaged.
  • We recommend insured courier services—we are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  • If an unsealed product is returned, a re stocking fee (up to 25%)may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense(if verified as defective).
  • Once inspected, we will offer:
    • A replacement(if available).
    • A full refund(minus delivery fees, if applicable).

Issues not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from improper storage, handling, or misuse.
  • Natural degradation of product quality over time.
  • Effects of consumption (subjective experiences are not grounds for return).

Open Box / Clearance Items

  • Products marked as “open box”are sold as-is with all original components unless stated otherwise.
  • These items cannot be returned for refund, only for warranty-related issues.

Return Instructions

  • Pack products securely with the order number visible.
  • Use a tracked and insured courier service—we are not liable for lost/damaged returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment methodwithin 30 days of approval.

No returns or refunds will be processed for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products returned after the 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Products without proof of purchase.
